30 Minute Dinner

So last night we decided to go ahead and try making the first of our two meals from the Martha Stewart x Marley Spoon Collection, and the results were phenomenal! We had our reservations because not only are not the most proficient of cooks, but also because our meals had been stored in the fridge for a couple of days. That proved to be a non-issue though, as not only was everything extremely fresh, but also easy to make! Our first meal was the Roasted Chicken Zataar, and it was fantastic! Paired with fresh green beans, pita bread, and an amazing cucumber relish, it was definitely a meal outside of our normal range of comfort food. While we expected it to be somewhat difficult to make, making it was a breeze and only took about 35 minutes in total, including prep time. All of the ingredients except salt, pepper, and olive oil were provided, and were top quality. The dish was amazing and not only did we love it, but our kids did too! Ready-to-make meals were not something we had initially considered as a viable meal option, but the entire process was so easy and relaxed, and the food so delicious, that we will definitely continue to order new meal options. If you don't have the time, or produce available to pick up all of the proper ingredients, or if you're looking to expand your cooking horizons, try out the Martha& Marley Spoon. It does not disappoint!
