Background
in 2007 i started my business building journey as a 14 year old underground party planner. i started a company called PiNK Entertainment that was a all female party collective that planned, promoted & hosted parties all over the central valley. for 3 consecutive years i help build, brand & launch lots of other peoples party companies. While also still hosting my own events.
my senior year of highschool i got my first real job with Kirby vacuum cleaners hustlin multi thousand dollar vacuum's door do door. there i perfected the art of knocking myself into my own sales by getting to know about regional marketing based on demographics. soon after starting college and getting my "dream job" as a kids which was woking at zumiez as a retail sales rep. i went to EDC & there i found my next passion producing music festivals so i came home and started my own underground festival production company, Lucid. From there things really took off we were hosting multiple events each month, collaborating with other local companies and drawing some of the largest crowds to ever attend underground events here in fresno. being only 19 making lots of money, spending lots of money, loosing lots of money my production company saw its last event which happend to be the biggest we had ever hosted presenting another company we had helped build and brand.
I dropped out of college and started selling perfume to pay off my debts and try to get ahead in life. Thats exactly what i did, i joined a company called all star motivation & learned first hand from a self made millionaire how to build & brand a business. he taught me to find a target consumer, identify demographics, design products, campings & pitches around those products then how to travel around the country finding regions our products would sell in & setup shop. From there i learned how to build a team, set up an office & start distribution of our products wether it was selling it in businesses or out of a trunk.
after about a year and a half with Allstar i decided it was time to find something of my own to build but didn't know what. the next year i spent soul searching traveling the west coast living in my favorite places and doing my things i love most till i found myself back on my ranch, in my child hood bedroom with a hunger to create. First i helped a restaurant i had once waitressed for in highschool from going under by revamping their social media presence, website, staff & events.
then i took a job as a sales representative for Verizon and quickly excelled. eventually i got tired of working for someone else like i always do & took my nest big leap.
Enter Le Mode Fresno, originally it was supposed to be a fashion blog but grew to much more. once i hosted my first fashion show lots of local business & models started asking me to help build, market, manage & grow their online presance.
this led to me rebranding the oldest store in fresno, Posh. a high end fur coat & designer dress store. After my month there i was offered the position of VP of operations for a local retail clothing store, passions boutique.
there i redesigned the stores, revamped the website, social media, staff & merchandise based on each stores regional demographics. All while still owning Le Mode, hosting events, managing models, putting together ad campaigns for other local businesses, hosting a TV show & an Online blog.
3 of the models i was managing were very succsesful and i ended up getting them contacted for LA fashion week were they walked in high fashion shows & modeled designer clothing. just when im ready to pack up my business & life to move to LA i am BLESSED by finding out that i am pregnant. deciding i need to take sometime off to start a family i throw one last large festival with Le Mode a host Fresno Fashion Week 2016 which was a huge successes.
since then i have had another baby and am now the mother of 2. ive turned my family ranch into a event venue and helped my fiance build a photography business of his own which now supports us! in june of 2018 i started helping other businesses build, brand & market with our company The Clement Creative Collective. For my 25th birthday (25 is my favorite number btw) im so excited to launch 93 to Me the podcast i wish i had when i was building my first businesses talking about eveything you need to know about living your day dream, being your best self & all the craziness inbetween.
